House rules of the springs

1. Who runs the springs

These terms govern your use of copperkettlesprings.com ("Copper Kettle Springs", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of copperkettlesprings.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may pass the retreat gate

Copper Kettle Springs is for users aged 19 or over only; using the site is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Spring coins are virtual

• Clement supplies the virtual coins for every game free of charge.
• A coin has no monetary value: it is not money, it is not credit and it is never your property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and no in-app purchases exist.
• Not one prize of real-world value is put on offer.
• We may tune or reset coins, levels and features at any time, much as Clement drains and refills a pool.

4. Real-money gambling stays outside the gate

Copper Kettle Springs does not offer real-money gambling, does not promote it, and links to no gambling operator from any page.

5. Your account and locker key

• Birchlamp Ascent and Tumbleleaf Stair require a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone to know. If someone else has used your account, tell us without delay.
• You may delete your account whenever you like from your account page; deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
• An account used to disrupt the springs, or one we believe is held by someone under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account and never become your property; they can be reset.

6. Behaving well at the pools

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. When the springs are open, and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We may alter or retire any corner of it at any time, and a malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms limit no liability that the law forbids limiting, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. The law these terms answer to

These terms answer to the laws of the Province of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada that apply in that province.
